How many Rioca's are there?

At the moment there are 3 Rioca’s, a total of 8 locations are planned in Germany & Austria. Here you can find an overview of all locations:

Vienna:

  • Vienna Posto 1 – Dresdner Straße 109
  • Vienna Posto 2 – Viehmarktgasse 4 (opening: 11.09.21)

Munich:

  • Munich Posto 3 – Baierbrunner Straße 38 (opening: 01.08.21)

Stuttgart:

  • Stuttgart Posto 4 – Salzwiesenstraße (opening: spring 2022)
  • Stuttgart Posto 6- Schockenriedstrasse (opening: fall 2023)

Neu-Ulm:

  • Neu-Ulm Posto 5 – Campus Village II
    (Opening: Spring 2022)

Offenbach:

  • Offenbach Posto 7 – Hafeninsel (opening: winter 2023)

Frankfurt:

How do I reach the reception of my Rioca's?

We have a separate phone number for each Rioca, where you can reach us at any time:

Can I have a party in my room?

A party in the sense does not work, so that the night’s rest for the other guests can be respected. Use our Community Area (indoor only) for this purpose. Feel free to contact us if you want to rent the indoor area, we will make you a good offer.

Can I book the community rooms / areas?

Basically yes! Just come to us, we will make you a good offer.

What happens to my mail / orders?

Your mail / orders will be left at the reception & you can pick it up there.
Please always include your apartment number.

Is there breakfast at Rioca?

In every Rioca there is a great breakfast area with everything your heart desires!
If you have booked breakfast, you can enjoy it every day from 07:00 – 11:00.

Rioca Vienna Posto 1

Are there any parking spaces

In our underground car park, which you will find when you leave the Rioca to the right until you reach the gym. Behind the gym turn right again, then you will find our underground parking on the right side.

We have a total of 39 parking spaces. We allocate these primarily to guests who stay longer with us.

Is there breakfast?

Of course! Mon – Fri from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and Sat and Sun from 7:00 pm to 11.00 pm.
We currently offer packages that you can pick up. Choose between classic or vegetarian on request we also prepare a vegan breakfast for you!
As soon as it is allowed again there will be a breakfast buffet
Each guest usually gets a note with breakfast and allergens

Is there air conditioning?

Unfortunately no, but you can borrow a fan at the reception! Our lounge area is also pleasantly tempered.

Can I walk around without a face mask?

Unfortunately no, even though we would love to see your smile! Let´s hope corona is over soon! 🙂

Are pets allowed?

Dogs & cats are welcome & cost 150 € extra per month, as a special cleaning of your room is required. A drinking bowl and treats are available on site 🙂

Until when do i need to check-out?

You have to leave your room by 11am at the latest. You can simply drop your card at the reception or in the underground car park in the boxes provided, that’s it 🙂

Where can I leave my luggage?

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us, we will store it for you in a locked room. Just contact the reception.

Can i have breakfast brought to the room?

Yes, breakfast brought to your Apartment is possible on request, generally breakfast is in the lounge for pick up or buffet.

How can i order a cab?

If you need a cab then contact our staff at the reception. Through us you will get cheaper prices and the cab will be there after 3 – 7 min.

Where can I do my laundry?

In our laundry lounge. You can either pay with credit / debit card or book one of our Superior or Premium packages and get laundry chips from us every month.

Can I register my residence in Rioca?

Yes, you can register your residence with us. For the city of Vienna you simply have to fill out the registration form and have it signed by our staff at the reception.

Can I check in after reception closes?

Yes, through our self-check-in you can arrive 24/7. Outside reception hours you have to ring the bell at the main entrance & tell us your name. A staff member will then let you in and you can easily do a self-check-in at one of our terminals.

Reception hours are:

Sun to Thu 8am – 8pm
Fri to Sat 8am – 10pm

Can a friend stay overnight with me?

Yes, of course! We only have to charge a fee of 10 € per night for towels and bed linen.
