How many Rioca's are there?

At the moment there are 5 Rioca’s, a total of 9 locations are planned in Germany & Austria. Here you can find an overview of all locations:

How do I reach the reception of my Rioca's?

Can I check in after reception closes?

Yes, through our self-check-in you can arrive 24/7. Outside reception hours you have to ring the bell at the main entrance & tell us your name. A staff member will then let you in and you can easily do a self-check-in at one of our terminals.

The opening hours of the reception are: 07:00 am – 00:00 am

Can I have a party in my room?

A party in the sense does not work, so that the night’s rest for the other guests can be respected. Use our Community Area (indoor only) for this purpose.

Can I book the community rooms / areas?

Basically yes! Just come to us, we will make you a good offer.

What happens to my mail / orders?

Your mail / orders will be left at the reception & you can pick it up there.
Please always include your apartment number.

Is there breakfast at Rioca?

In every Rioca there is a great breakfast area with everything your heart desires!
If you have booked breakfast, you can enjoy it every day from 07:00 – 11:00. Spontaneously want to have breakfast? No problem, just contact our crew.

How often will my apartment be cleaned?

This depends on what you have booked with us.

For short stays, your apartment will be cleaned every three days for the sake of the environment. This includes, for example, the change of towels.

If you stay more than one month with us, then your apartment will be cleaned according to your booked package.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs & cats are welcome & cost 15 € extra per day. A drinking bowl and treats are available on site. You stay longer time with us? Then contact us for special conditions for your four-legged companion.

Can I order a cab?

Yes, if you need a cab then contact our staff at the reception.

Where can I do my laundry?

In our washing lounge. You can pay conveniently via app. In our packages for long-term stays there are even included washings.

Rioca Vienna Posto 1

Are there any parking spaces

In our underground car park, which you will find when you leave the Rioca to the right until you reach the gym. Behind the gym turn right again, then you will find our underground parking on the right side.
Parking spaces are limited and can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. Our crew on site will be happy to help you.

Is there air conditioning?

Unfortunately no, but you can borrow a fan at the reception! Our lounge area is also pleasantly tempered.

Until when is the check-out?

You have to leave your room by 11am at the latest. You can simply drop your card at the reception or in the underground car park in the boxes provided, that’s it 🙂

Where can I leave my luggage?

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us, we will store it for you in a locked room. Just contact the reception.

Can I register my residence in Rioca?

Yes, you can register your residence with us. For the city of Vienna you simply have to fill out the registration form and have it signed by our staff at the reception.

Can I check in after reception closes?

Yes, through our self-check-in you can arrive 24/7. Outside reception hours you have to ring the bell at the main entrance & tell us your name. A staff member will then let you in and you can easily do a self-check-in at one of our terminals.

Can a friend stay overnight with me?

Yes, of course! We only have to charge a fee of 10 € per night for towels and bed linen.
